This policy applies to all goods and merchandise purchased from Tardibloom, whether through our website or any other sales channel. Except as expressly stated below, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on non-defective merchandise, including merchandise purchased on sale or marked "as is." No restocking fees apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. This includes, without limitation, merchandise purchased on sale, at a discount, or marked "as is." Non-defective items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit for any reason, including buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the defect or error. Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Tardibloom reserves the right to deny claims made after the 14-day period or without adequate proof of defect.

Return Process

If a return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Tardibloom. Items returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

For verified defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Tardibloom. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item. We do not accept returns for customer convenience, change of mind, or any reason other than a verified defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be initiated within ten (10) business days of Tardibloom's receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional five (5) to fifteen (15) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution or payment provider. Tardibloom does not offer refunds in the form of store credit, gift cards, or exchanges unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds will be issued for any item that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition, except where the item is verified as defective.

Notes

As our products involve delicate fragrance experiences, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used, except for verified defective items as described above. By purchasing from Tardibloom, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy prior to completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays: In the event that Tardibloom is unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (or within thirty (30) days if no timeframe was stated), we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R.  435).

Limitation of Liability: Tardibloom's total liability arising out of or related to any claim under this refund policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) at issue. In no event shall Tardibloom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law: This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.

Severability: If any provision of this refund policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
